Durham Diversity Conference
Aelmings Human Resources Corporation in partnership with S. Graham & Associates successfully completed the Asheville, Raleigh, Charlotte and Winston-Salem conferences. They are geared up for an equally successful conference in Durham North Carolina on December 14, 2005 at the NC Central University School of Law. The event will begin with Ms. Halres lecturing on Diversity in the Workplace: The New Paradigm. Following Ms. Halres will be Mr. Graham with Leaders Not Labels. Workshop topics include How to Penetrate the Job Market, Negotiating the Glass Ceiling and Removing Barriers and How to Identify A Mentor Once You Get In. An Awards Luncheon will be held honoring LeRoy Watkins, Mary Semans, Travis Porter and Ann Watkins.

Charlotte Diversity Leadership Training Initiative - Tuesday, May 17, 2005
Aelmings Human Resources Corporation in partnership with S. Graham & Associates successfully completed the Asheville conference. They are geared up for an equally successful conference in Charlotte, North Carolina on May 17, 2005 at the Charlotte Convention Center. On the evening of May 16, 2005 there will be a reception held for Leaders & Officials at the Charlotte City Club on the top floor. At 8 a.m. on May 17, the event will begin with a continental breakfast followed by Ms. Halres lecturing on Diversity in the workplace: The New Paradigm. Following Ms. Halres will be Mr. Graham with Leaders Not Labels. This event will be the last event until fall where Ms. Halres will take the seminar to Wilmington and Winston-Salem in September and October, respectively.

Second City Diversity Leadership Training Initiative in Asheville on April 29, 2005.
The second city tour of the Statewide Diversity Leadership Training Initiative will be held in Asheville, North Carolina on April 29, 2005. On the evening of April 28, 2005, a "Welcome to Asheville" reception will be held at the Biltmore Estates honoring Mr. Graham and local Leaders and Officials. On the morning of April 29, Mr. Graham's "Leaders Not Labels" seminar will be held at The Crest Center on Crest Mountain in Asheville.

Aelmings launches first annual 2005 Statewide Diversity Leadership Training Initiative:
March 22, 2005, Featuring Stedman Graham's Leaders Not Labels.
Location is the Hilton North Raleigh.
The other cities include: Asheville, NC on April 29, 2005, Charlotte, NC on May 17, 2005. Winston-Salem, NC in September and Wilmington, NC in October 2005.
Stedman Graham focuses on the root of the problem, the "missing piece" in diversity training, not the symptoms. The "Leaders Not Labels" program is innovative in its approach to what he calls, "The New Diversity".
